I am in a bit a quandary regarding this order. I have not received it. The UPS tracking shows it coming to Canada then going to California. I have not been able to contact UPS as they only seem to want to hear from US addresses. Fine Art America has not been of any assistance in getting me connected with my order. As a result of this experience, I do not plan on ordering anything more from this supplier. Too bad, there are a lot of nice things on their website. If this matter gets sorted out, I will update this review. Update: my order eventually arrived and I am quite happy with it.

I probably will NOT purchase from this site again. The quality of the puzzle was just okay, for example there were many pieces where the backing was delaminating. (See 2 photos) Additionally, the size was advertised as 20" x 28". The finished puzzle size was actually 19-5/8" x 26-1/8". I feel that skimping on the size resulted in the face of the bottom kitty being half obscured when framed. This is the most I've ever paid for a puzzle that I expected to be perfect. (I could only select 1 photo. Please email me if you want photos of puzzle pieces delaminating.)

I haven't done the puzzle yet but I was very pleased with the speed it was sent. The puzzle itself is brilliant I only wish I were able to find Linda Carruth's puzzles in England

John Keaton was born and raised in the Pennsylvania. His interest in art started at a very early age. While attending Chichester High, John began taking night courses at the Philadelphia College of Art, where he studied painting and drawing. As a teen, John designed signs and advertising Graphics for local shops in the Tri-State mall. He is well versed in Fine Art as well as Commercial Art. At the age of 18, John enlisted in The U.S. Air Force and served for 4 years. He was stationed at Rhein Main Airbase in Germany and was able to visit nearly all of Europe’s great museums where his appreciation and study of the Great Masters deepened.
